‘Tis the Season: Great Latin America Gift Ideas

Time is running out to get those last-minute holiday gifts. So for those of you who are looking for a few Latin America-infused ideas for friends, colleagues and family, I’d like to suggest the following:

• Photo Books: My new photo book, Prepare for Departure,” is an offbeat compilation that documents the bizarre visuals I’ve encountered during several months of traveling around the Americas. It’s up to you go guess where I am — with shots from Argentina, Puerto Rico, the USA and beyond, this is a travelogue like no other. Check out a sample at the top of this post, then order on my new bookstore on Blurb. (Also available as an ebook for iPad and iPhone!)

• Latin America Photo Gifts: Visit my online gift shop, mundera, for unique gift items featuring Latin America photo art. You’ll find shots from Mexico and China, with more destinations to come, and items including posters, framed artwork, coffee mugs, iPad cases and greeting cards. One of my favorite items (which I initially made for myself) is the cell phone case that features some very cool modern architecture I photographed in Santiago de Chile. Check it out:
